In past, my wife and I worked with several real estate agents. Not one of them came even close to the comprehensive qualities of Ms. Kathy Wojtkowiak. She demonstrated highest levels of professionalism combined with dedication, energy, and unbounded initiative - she is the 'whole package'. Thanks to her thorough homework before placing house on market, establishing the adequate price point, great advice and help on preparing the house for sale, effective advertising, etc. the house sold very quickly and at good price. All that happened despite Covid-19 restrictions causing number of complicating conditions. We were very lucky having her as our agent, indeed.
