Katie Christianson

Katie has been a licensed Realtor since finding her passion for investment real estate in 2012. Her innate love of mathematics and logistics lead her to the University of Missouri Kansas City, where she earned a degree in Interpersonal Communications and Mathematics - the perfect foundation on which to build her knowledge of real estate investments.

Katie’s clients have come to rely on her expertise in contract compliance and her specialty experience in Foreclosures, Fannie Mae, BPO and renovation assessments. They know that Katie’s devotion to “t”-crossing and “i”-dotting translates to precision and accuracy they can count on.

Katie is a lifelong Kansas City native who knows her city well and loves all it has to offer. When not at work, Katie can be found watching Nascar at the Kansas Speedway, shooting pool at Side Pockets, golfing at Staley Farms Golf Club or taste-testing beers from local breweries. Katie also loves traveling, and spends as much time as she can seeing other parts of the country.
