About Katie
Your choice of a Real Estate Agent is extremely important. Your agent is representing your finances, your family, and your future. It is critical you choose an agent who understands the local market, is completely honest, pays attention to details, and will truly listen to your needs and wants.
I was born and raised in the Treasure Valley on a farm. We raised row crops and cattle, and had horses, sheep, pigs, chickens, etc. I went to college in Boston (Babson), University of Idaho, Albertson College, and studied abroad in Costa Rica; graduating with a business admin degree in Entrepreneurship, Finance, and Management. I began my career in mortgage banking in 2007, lending "in house" for Keller Williams Realty. The education received during the "Mortgage Meltdown" years proved to be invaluable; as a realtor I have the experience and knowledge to assist my clients with mortgage questions and have saved a great deal of time and frustration knowing our financing options. When I'm not assisting my clients with buying and selling homes, I spend my time packing my horses into high mountain lakes, fishing, hunting, playing softball and volleyball, traveling, cooking, and learning to rope.
Whether you're buying or selling a farm, ranch, dairy, or residential acreage, my background, experience, and knowledge provide the tools and representation critical to a positive real estate transaction. You need an agent who knows what questions to ask about water rights, well logs, boundaries, crop history, AUMs, and BLM/state permits. You need a qualified agent who understands your property in order to negotiate on your behalf, integrates technology, knowledgeably coordinates with your lender, and competently handles all necessary paperwork. I sincerely look forward to representing you in your next purchase or sale!
