Hi, I’m Katie DeBill—Managing Broker and owner of At Home in Spokane L.L.C. Real estate isn’t just my profession—it’s in my blood. I’m a third-generation real estate professional, and I’ve been proudly serving the Spokane community since 2005.

Born and raised right here in Spokane, I left home for a bit to attend the University of Montana and Eastern Washington University, where I earned my Master’s in Secondary Education Administration. Before launching my real estate career, I spent several years on the west side of the state as a middle school vice principal and athletic director. That experience taught me the importance of leadership, communication, and always showing up for the people who rely on you—qualities I now bring to every real estate transaction.

As a Residential Specialist and Certified Negotiation Expert, I’m dedicated to helping you reach your goals with confidence and peace of mind. I’ll represent your interests with integrity, dig deep into contracts, and handle the details so there are no last-minute surprises. I’m also a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES®), which means I’m trained to guide clients aged 50+ through important transitions—like selling the family home, refinancing, or relocating. My personal knowledge of Spokane’s neighborhoods, schools, and recreation options gives me an edge in helping you find the perfect fit.

Giving back to our community is a big part of who I am. I actively volunteer with the Windermere Foundation, Junior Achievement, and serve as a registered DECA Judge. I’ve been a March of Dimes Ambassador, support Spokane American Legion Baseball, and I’m deeply involved with the Spokane Association of Realtors—where I currently serve on the Professional Standards Committee to help uphold the ethics of our industry.
