Katie helped us in finding our 1st investment property in Cleveland. She is super responsive, knowledgeable, extremely attentive to detail and went above and beyond to get us what we wanted. She can also recommend you a couple of good contractors and other vendors for your real estate needs.

Best realtor and friend, ever.

A friend of mine recommended Katie when we needed to buy some houses in Cleveland area 2.5 years ago. She has successfully helped us purchase 3 houses and I am recommending her to any investor or private buyer like us in this area. Sametime, she helps selling lots of houses too.

Katie has always been great in communicating with us. She responds to our emails and phone calls instantly and goes miles to explain if we have any questions or concerns. When we are not in the area she tours for us in a timely manner and discuss everything thoroughly. Her expertise in this field is outstanding. And her patience is exceptional.

Katie is one stop shop. Along with helping us to get the right houses, the resources she brings with her has greatly exceeded our expectation. She has inspectors, repairmen and all sorts of contractors for remodeling if you need. Her experience in rental management is a bonus too if you need to rent your house out.
