Katie has over 17 years of experience in the Hampton Roads real estate market—ten years as a sales manager in the new construction industry working for a top local builder. She has been honored many times to win the Circle of Excellence Award. Her belief in the importance of home ownership began at a young age when she purchased her first property at the age of 19! She now personally owns several rental properties and has over a decade of experience as a landlord. Outside of her passion for real estate, she is a proud mom who cheers for her daughter at the local horse shows where she competes with their horse, Faith.

Born in Pittsburgh and spending her childhood in Ohio, Katie and her family made the move to the beach 20 years ago, so she proudly calls herself a local. She enjoys staying active by weightlifting at the gym, playing a variety of sports, and spending time at the beach catching a few waves surfing.
