We have been looking for a house for a very long time, but almost everything for sale was way over our budget. Until we found this piece of gem but was overbid by an investor during the first week it listed. We ended up taking over while the investor backed out and my realtor Katie was able to negotiate a discounted price for this property with the best location, with high privacy and gorgeous view of the city lights! During this pandemic time everything is difficult, I want to sell my house and I wasn’t sure if it’s the right timing and I was worried about all the trouble involved. I got Team Katie‘s contact thru Wechat, The biggest media for Chinese people. I saw Katie is doing very well through the years. So I decide to hire her to sell my home. We did got in little trouble with the unreasonable buyer that we accepted at first place, so we followed Katie’s guild to cancel the bad one and replace with a good solid buyer, then close smoothly.
