Katy Kidwell

As a former teacher and leader in direct sales, Katy Kidwell brings together a sales background with an educator’s approach. Over 15 years of experience within these two careers, you can be assured Katy will have the knowledge and expertise you would want and need, as well as the ability to effectively educate you as buyers or sellers of the process and what to expect.

Katy’s real estate career really blossomed after just a few short months as she finds her basis of friends, family, previous business associates are great referral sources. Katy is trustworthy, enters every relationship with honesty and integrity, and holds her clients’ hands through the entire process. Katy is extremely patient and easy going, but when a push is needed, she is there to give it.

She is a wife, as well as a mother of five, and very active in the community and school systems, focusing on giving back and making a difference. Outside of the office, Katy enjoys travelling to visit family on the Eastern Shore and in upstate NY. Both her Bachelor of Science in Education and a master’s degree in teaching were achieved in NY state. She currently holds both WV and VA real estate licenses.
