Her expertise in this field of work is matched by none and it definitely shows. If not for her, I would have never sold my house for as much as I did and I am eternally grateful for everything she did for me and my family. Kecia is absolutely the best! She handled all the repairs needed to put my house on the market (I'm an out-of-state investor) which were numerous.
Equally important, she did an awesome staging job for an incredibly low cost that helped realize a sale in 3 days!

Kecia helped us buy our home last July 2020. There is and endless list of things we are thankful for when it came to her being our realtor. She was always available to us, quick to respond, and went above and beyond to get us into a home. As middle income individuals who have lived in Idaho our whole lives, the market seemed really hopeless to us but she continued to advocate for us and is the sole reason our offer was accepted on our home. She is incredibly knowledgeable and efficient in her work. I would never use a different realtor after working with Kecia!

We have happily had Kecia handle two different real estate purchases and one sale and we highly recommend her to everyone. Kecia works hard for her clients and even goes the extra mile. When we were selling our home while out of town, she drove many miles to take care of issues that came along during our escrow that we weren't available to handle. She was always very prompt at returning calls when we were not able to reach her directly, as well as answering written communications. We highly appreciated her level of service. She truly cares.

Kecia was able to get top dollar for the house we sold in 2018, and brought us an opportunity to purchase our dream property in Cascade. My son bought his house with Kecia representing him as his realtor and he still talks today about the time when Kecia actually left the grocery store in the middle of shopping to quickly meet with him to help him with a rare opportunity, then later returned to finish what she was doing. Kecia is the essence of professionalism, sincerity, dedication, and true good old fashioned hard work! She is our realtor as long as she is in the business!

I can't say enough about Kecia and what a great agent she is. I was looking to buy a rental house in Nampa back in 2002 and the agent I was working with bungled the deal so bad that he was fired and Kecia took over. What a stroke of luck that was.

From day one, Kecia consistently went above and beyond my expectations. Even after the sale was closed she was more than willing to help with referring contractors or offering advice when asked. As an out-of-state landlord, this was invaluable to me.

A year or so later I bought a second rental in Nampa and Kecia, again, was flawless.

I recently sold the original rental and, of course, Kecia was my agent. Her innovative approach to "testing the waters" at a certain price point prior to listing on the MLS resulted in a sale price 4% higher than what I was thinking of asking. There were a few unexpected problems uncovered in the home inspection but with Kecia's experience and widespread contacts with various suppliers and contractors the problems were quickly remediated and a quick sale at above the asking price was the result.

I am so grateful for all the help Kecia has provided over the course of 15 years I owned the place. All the referrals to contractors, the discount she got me on flooring and all the advice regarding getting the property ready to sell was invaluable.

I've worked with a few real estate agents in my life, but none of them went WAY above and beyond what they needed to do like Kecia has. I am truly thankful, and highly recommend her.

Kecia was my agent when I purchased two properties in Nampa over 10 years ago, and she listed and sold both of these properties for me within the last year. I awarded her 5 stars only because 6 stars wasn't an option. I live out of state and I relied on Kecia to coordinate the work of handymen and contractors, to select materials and paint for the renovations, as well as to do all the paperwork and negotiating one expects from a realtor. She even held an open house to speed up the process of getting a renter into one of the properties to prove the unit could be rented for the amount we claimed it could. I couldn't be happier with the service she provided.
