If you want to sell your home for top dollar and move quickly, I would highly recommend Kelly Rex Realty. We contacted Kelly Rex early in March 2020 to discuss selling our home in Kennewick, Washington. However the corona virus had other plans and we held off selling until we were comfortable allowing buyers into our home. Meanwhile, Kelly kept in touch with us and frequently called to see how we were doing and see if she could assist us in any way. Mind you, at this time we had not signed any contract with her regarding the sale of our home.

In late March 2021, as the pandemic seemed to wane, we contacted Kelly and arranged to meet with her to discuss the sale of our home. We met on April 6, 2021 and she provided a substantial amount of information on selling homes in the area, identifying what our expectations were, and provided guidance on what we should expect in the coming days. We decided for our convenience that we would vacate our home and allow Kelly complete access to sell it. We vacated the home on April 28, 2021. After we left, Kelly lightly staged the vacant home with pieces of furniture to highlight specific features of our home that would be of interest to buyers. She beautifully photographed the entire home including the landscaped front and back yards in both day and evening light to to show how our home looked throughout day and night. Additionally, she provided photos from various angles including overhead view shots. On May 2, 2021, after 4 days on the market, we received an excellent offer which we accepted.

Even though we are now out of state, Kelly continued guiding us through the closing process including inspection, appraisal, and signing processes of the sale. Thanks to Kelly's realtor competence and professionalism, we sailed through all of the closing processes and Kelly closed the sale on May 24, 2021. Accordingly, we know we never could have accomplished the sale so smoothly and successfully without the guidance of Kelly Rex Realty. Like I said earlier, if you want to sell your home for top dollar and move quickly, I would highly recommend Kelly Rex Realty.

I suppose Kelley Rex has a lot of other clients, but it’s hard to tell, she’s just that focused on providing the best possible individualized customer service.
