I would work with Kelly over and over again. I was a first-time home buyer in summer 2020, so I knew very little about the home buying process. I was very fortunate to find Kelly through her website. She was so responsive and spent such good time getting to know me and what I was looking for in a home. Her ability to listen and understand my needs/wants coupled with her knowledgeable of the homebuying process and the Cincinnati market made it possible for us to see multiple viable options very quickly. I appreciated her knowledge and subsequent honesty in assessing these options as well as making an offer. Because of Kelly’s expertise, relationship with seller’s realtor, and amazing negotiation skills, we found the best home for me, put an offer in, and heard it was accepted all within eight hours (remember this was summer 2020, so even more impressive that we pulled that off in that market!!). I ended up moving out of town recently, so of course I went right back to Kelly to help me sell my home. She did that equally as impressively – I was very happy with the outcome of selling my first home. Thank you always to Kelly! I can’t recommend working with her enough.

In the summer of 2020, I decided it was time to start looking at purchasing my first home. I had a small budget, but wanted to move to a more up and coming area at the time—Norwood and the surrounding areas. I didn’t know too much about the area since I’m originally from the west side of Cincinnati. I found Kelly on Zillow and she immediately proved to be the best choice to be my realtor! We had to be patient since the housing market was hot but she continued to encourage me and check in with me, as well as send me properties to check out! She helped teach me about the area and eventually helped me buy my first house in the fall of 2020 in Pleasant Ridge! Kelly’s connections helped me feel secure in the neighborhood—since she had past clients living or renting houses nearby. Fast forward two years, I was ready to sell my first house and knew I wanted Kelly to be there again! Kelly helped with staging my house, her connections came in handy again when it came to fixing things around the house and not costing me an arm and a leg! Kelly helped me sell my house exactly 2 years after she helped me buy it! My favorite things about working with Kelly are that she is patient, she listens to what you really want and doesn’t push her opinion on you, she provides so much guidance during the process, and so much more! Kelly, I can’t thank you enough for everything you did for me and I recommend you to everyone I know!

Kelly Gibbs is the BEST realtor I've had the opportunity to work with in Cincinnati. She played a pivotal role in helping me choose the right location in which to purchase my first property in Cincinnati. As a person moving to Cincinnati for work, I could not have truly understood and appreciated what the different areas that the city had to offer. Fun fact: my property value has more than double in the last 5 years (thank you again Kelly for sharing your insights on this location). She also did a phenomenal job negotiating an amazing deal for a multi-unit I purchased in Mount Adams. She ended up working an agreement that was better than I expected. I could not be happier with this purchase. Additionally, Kelly shared some great tips with me, as first time landlord, in navigating the rental market. I can not say enough wonderful things about Kelly and my experience in working with her. She extremely responsive, honest and I feel she always has my interest prioritized and is NOT just looking for a quick purchase, but the right purchase for the buyer. Kelly is a one-stop shop for all things Real Estate - she represented me as both a buyer and a seller for my Deer Park property. I was introduced to her from some good friends who had a positive experience with the purchase & sale of their home in Pleasant Ridge.

As both the buyer & seller, I came into the process with zero prior experience with homes (all I knew is that I was pre-qualified with my bank!) Kelly immediately set up a call to discuss through my needs and establish a timeline - immediately, her vast expertise and superior follow-up skills were evident. She was able to navigate the staging, pricing, and marketing of the property to my satisfaction.

In such a seemingly uncertain market out there, you would be remiss to not lean into proven guidance - especially for such a significant life purchase! I would recommend Kelly again and again.

I have been working with Kelly for over 4 years building up a multi-family portfolio. My experience has been more than just a typical agent/client relationship - I consider Kelly a business partner and a key part of my team.

For example, most of the purchases I have made are 9-12 months apart, but Kelly is in touch regularly, and even proactively identified my last deal as something that would be a good fit for me. I trust her input when looking at properties if something is a good buy, not a fit, or somewhere in between.

She has also gone above and beyond supporting me in all phases of the purchase, from identifying a property and making an offer, to financing and maintaining post-sale. I work with Roland Weissman on financing, Ian Trefzger for inspections, and several key contractors for maintenance, all of whom Kelly recommended. Her dedication to support throughout the process and lend her expertise is invaluable.

We first met Kelly in 2017 when she sold us our first home together. I feel so lucky to have randomly inquire about a house we were interested in and found Kelly in the process. She really is the best! In early 2021 when we decided we were ready for our next home - she was there with us every step until we found our dream home. She never lost faith in this crazy market that we would find a house we truly loved. She is extremely insightful when looking through a house and extremely knowledgeable throughout the buying process. I felt so safe knowing we could trust her with everything. All the countless calls and text messages - she was always there so answer any questions or concerns we had during the process. I appreciate that we were never in a position of being pressured and always felt extremely comfortable with her.

When it came time to selling our house she helped us get everything ready and helped guide us with numerous offers on our home. It was a very exciting process and I'm so appreciative to have her there to help us navigate such a whirlwind of a process selling in this market.

My husband and I were in a market to buy our first home. Knowing it's seller's market added additional stress. We had heard stories about bidding war, people buying houses with cash etc. I started looking for realtor to understand the process and came across Kelly's profile. Read her reviews and thought of meeting her. So writing back a review for her feels like completing this whole cycle. :)

Kelly is the best! I am sure you will not be disappointed whether your are planning to sell or buy a house. As a first time home buyer we had tons of questions. And Kelly answered them very professionally and patiently. She was always there in every step of the process. She always gave her honest feedback on each property we saw. We never felt that we were rushed into any deal.

Kelly is the best! My wife and I had sold our first home and were looking for our next house in Cincinnati. Kelly came highly recommended by two different friends of ours that had used her as a realtor previously.

We were debating buying a multi family home vs. a single family home, and Kelly provided great feedback and things to consider for both. She worked around our schedules and showed us houses over many different time periods. She let us take our time and look over the houses, adding things to think about or potential problem spots as she saw them. Her advice was subtle but observant and we appreciated this.

We had an offer accepted and avoided a bidding war thanks to a smart game plan by Kelly, but ended up having trouble with our financing. It seemed like it was going to fall apart, but Kelly did a ton of extra work that was not her job at all and got us lined up with a mortgage company that worked for us.

I seriously cannot say enough good things about Kelly. I’d recommend her to anyone in the market for a home.

Kelly's responsiveness and years of experience made my home search easy even on a tight 2-3 week deadline. She was able to view houses a few hours after I expressed interest and was able to get me into my first home at a price lower than listing in a very hot market. Kelly was amazing to work with throughout the entire process. We've worked with her to buy one condo, sell that condo, and search for a new home. She was professional and knowledgeable. Selling our condo was more difficult than expected due to the pandemic hitting just as we were going under contract. She was in contact with us throughout the whole time, and had our back with everything happening. Unfortunately, the first deal fell through but Kelly was able to get the condo re-listed incredibly quickly and had we were able to get the condo under contract within 2 days. I would recommend Kelly to anyone in the Cincinnati area.

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Kelly. Selling a house during a pandemic is no easy feat, and she tackled it with no hesitation. She treats you like an old friend, who truly just wants to best for you and always checked in on me every step of the way. She offered great advice but was never pushy. I was an out of state home seller, and she made getting house repairs a breeze for me with her trustworthy connections. She and her husband even power washed my back patio and staged the home a bit! I plan on recommending Kelly to literally everyone I know, and you would be silly not to work with someone as great as her!

Kelly helped us find our first home! As first-time home buyers in a new city, Kelly helped us in so many ways; she really understands the bones of a house, and I trusted her in all of our home tours. She has a keen eye for the details and also the big picture of understanding where you and your family want to be in 5, 10, 15 years. She was organized in every step throughout the process and available for tours as soon as something popped up. Kelly was a great negotiator and guided us through some more difficult negotiations. We loved working with Kelly! She is so knowledgeable about the Cincinnati area, and has a great deal of experience in the real estate market. She really knows her stuff. We had so many questions when we started the process of selling our house, and then buying one at the same time, and she walked us through every step.
