Could not be happier with Kelly's search for the perfect home in Eagle. Relocating from California, we relied upon her diligence in finding us a home that met our requirements for location, amenities, and price. Exploring both resales and new home construction, we decided on a Spec that had just come on the market. She'd introduced us to the builder months ago, who had no inventory at the time, and when the right house become available, the offer was submitted and accepted quickly. She continued to work with the builder's agent to close the deal quickly. Kelly directed us to a mortgage broker who sped us through Escrow in less than two weeks. She was with us each step of the way, always quick to respond to our questions. I highly recommend her "no pressure" but always being available approach to representing her clients. A great experience overall. Doubt you can go wrong with Kelly. She's a gem.
