Kelly Lappin

Kelly literally grew up in the business. Her parents, Bob and Betty Wiginton were the broker-owners of the independent company, Wiginton Real Estate beginning in the 1970’s. Wiginton Real Estate employed many agents throughout the years, including several family members and friends. Kelly cherishes the wonderful memories of her early days learning the business under her parents’ tutelage. Thereafter Kelly had the honor of working with other fantastic real estate companies. Beginning with Lappin Real Estate, the company she owned with her husband Dean. In the 1990’s Kelly began her stint at Paul Kott Realtors. In 2003, Kelly welcomed her son Archie into the real estate business as her assistant and soon they became partners in the family business. Kelly’s 40-year career in real estate has been built around her sincere care for her clients, old fashion hard work, and a love of the relationships she has built along the way.
