I have worked with many realtors before yet Kelly and her team is the one that REALLY stands out. Kelly is EXTREMELY knowledgeable about the Northern Virginia real estate market - from day 1 she offered me tonnes of valuable advice, and really gave me a deep insight into the areas/neighborhoods I was intersted in, which most realtors failed to do. Kelly was kind, patient and extremely well informed about what to check in every house, which both my parents noticed too! A million stars for this team. This was my 7th home sale in 4 states. They sold our house for top dollar during the peak of interest rates. Although we did renovate the home - interior, pool, and landscape, it sat on a busy road and had an awkward interior layout. The team still scored us a full price offer after 16 days on the market and continued to negotiate and lobby in our best interest through signing. The full price sale was due to the teams expert marketing and showing skills. I followed this team for two years before we contracted with them. I usually don't post reviews but I can't say enough good things about Fine Nest Realty Group. My husband and I worked with Alan and Karla to buy my first home and they made it so easy! We spent about two or three weeks seeing different homes in the area and both realtors were available to coordinate property viewings or answer my phone calls whenever I needed them. I was initially worried that a realtor wouldn't be able to work round my my very random work schedule but Alan was extremely flexible and able to show me various properties across the northern Virginia area during the days I had off. One of the things that my husband and I were most impressed about was Alan's knowledge and ability to point out structural issues in the properties we viewed. He gave us his honest opinions and helped us make an informed decision on which home would be best for our family. Karla, although currently working remote, was invaluable to us. She picked up the phone at any hour we called. She also helped us walk through information regarding HOA, lending information, and closing costs. We had absolutely no experience on how to buy a home and she answered every question in a way that we could understand. Karla and Alan took a very new and stressful experience and turned it into an exciting and fun search for our first home. I cannot recommend these two realtors enough. I know we won't be buying another property without them!

Kelly is by no means your average real estate agent. She has to be one of Virginia's most knowledgeable, honest and conducive real estate agents out here. Kelly came into our lives when we ran across her at an Open House in Falls Church, VA. We had recently been informed by our landlord that they intended on selling the house we were renting and we had a short amount of time to find a new home and move out. During the Open House, we overheard her saying she designed the home we were at and that immediately caught our attention, especially given we loved the design of that home. At the same time, while we weren't putting in an offer on that particular house, we knew we were more interested in purchasing a home that we could make ours through additional remodeling/renovations but our agent at the time was not seeing our vision and did not believe what we wanted to do was possible.

We quickly switched agents, brought in Kelly and from day 1, she understood our vision then enhanced it with hers. With her outstanding knowledge of the area and excellent negotiating skills, we found a home and closed on it in about 30 days. In addition, once we closed on the home, we had a few months of renovation ahead of us and we could not have gotten through that without her help and guidance. Kelly was instrumental in every decision we made regarding the home renovation. The coordination with our amazing contractor, Juan Ventura (Pro Builders Services Group, LLC) was unlike anything we'd seen. We hit and exceeded all timelines - closing the home in 30 days and finishing a major renovation in approximately 11 weeks, getting us out of our previous home 3 weeks earlier than anticipated. I've worked with a lot of agents and Kelly is by far the best. I have all the confidence in the world anyone looking for an excellent agent will not go wrong with her.
