Born in the North End of Tacoma, Kelly grew up near the University of Puget Sound, spending summers honing his basketball skills and exploring the surrounding neighborhoods. This deep connection to the area makes Kelly the right choice for sellers, new home buyers, and investors seeking an expert in the Tacoma, University Place, Fircrest, and Gig Harbor markets.

A graduate of Tacoma’s Stadium High School and Western Washington University (BA, Business Management) in Bellingham, Kelly worked as a healthcare recruiter before discovering his love for helping clients achieve their real estate goals. Known for being flexible and easy to work with, Kelly also takes pride in being an honest communicator who works with clients to help them make the best-informed decisions.

Kelly’s strong community ties also inform how he volunteers his time. In addition to being a proven food bank supporter and Team Backpack leader, collecting everyday essentials for underprivileged children, Kelly has worked with the Homestead group to find homes for children. You might also find him on the baseball diamond or basketball court coaching his nephews.

Kelly currently lives in Tacoma’s 6th Avenue neighborhood with his wife Jessica, their 10-month-old daughter Jordyn, and her older brother — a toy Pomeranian with a big personality named Chewie. When Kelly’s not working for you, you will find him biking, boating, camping, and watching sports.
