Before becoming a real estate professional, she was an auditor and consultant for The Reznick Group. She attended The Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C., and The University of Maryland, in College Park, Maryland.
She recently has grown her business to the Maryland and Delaware beaches, where she works with Sotheby’s affiliate Ocean Atlantic in Bethany Beach. Her father Bob Borchardt works on her team offering additional support in the DC area allowing her to play an active role in the beach market.

In her free time, Kellyann loves kayaking on the Potomac or Delaware Bay, playing with her dog at the beach, boating or reading a good book, spending time with family, traveling, and skiing. She currently volunteers with the MERR Institute (Marine Education Research & Rehabilitation), supporting efforts to rescue and care for marine mammals and sea turtles who may be ill, injured or entangled.
