We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Kellydawn Zollinger. She is honest and has a real passion for matchmaking clients with their perfect house. We never felt forced to make an offer or pick a house out of our preferred price range. Then, when we finally found the "one", Kellydawn walked us through every step of how to make a strong but fair offer. This market is tough for buyers. We were up against 23 other offers, but they chose ours. We were blessed to get an offer accepted on the first and only house we put an offer in on. The entire process was smooth and Kellydawn guided us through every step ensuring we understood everything. We are so thankful and appreciative of Kellydawn. Without her experience and commitment we wouldn’t have the keys to our family’s perfect home.
