We meet Ken in July of 2025 looking into the possibility of selling. We lived in a rural community in a larger home where houses were sitting on the market a while. As well as interest rates went up considerable at that time. Ken spent time going over the pro’s and con’s of the market with us. Ken, brought in any amazing photography team. We had an offer the first weekend with a back up the next week. When needed Ken also had wonderful repair people come through.
Ken, helped with both the industry standards and things that were not at even in realtor job description. My husband and I are very grateful for his service.

We recently sold our 3rd home, and used a realtor for the first time ever. The first 2 sales went quickly and easily without ever having an issue, for that reason I was a little hesitant to use a realtor and pay a commission. Boy, am I glad I hired Ken Anderson!! He knew I was a bit skeptical and really didn't want to have to pay a Realtor. But given the housing market at the moment and that this was a more expensive home, we knew we needed someone we could trust and rely on. We felt comfortable with him from the start and thought he was a straight shooter and would be honest and fair with us. The home sold very quickly, but the buyers were an absolute nightmare! (That's a whole other story.). If we didn't have Ken, I know the transaction would have been far more painful than it was. To say he went above and beyond is an extreme understatement. We moved out of state and he jumped in and did stuff that we were just too tired and overwhelmed to get done. We could never have done it without him.
I am not one to write reviews, but I believe so strongly in Ken, his work ethic and integrity that I will do whatever I can to let others know. He was absolutely professional and thorough in every way and communicated everything that we needed and wanted to know. The thought of paying $30k+ in commissions is painful, but Ken was worth every penny. He should have gotten the buyers agents commission as well.
Ken knows us well at this point. If I can answer questions for anyone thinking of using him, feel free to get in touch. I cannot recommend this man enough!
