Ken and Kathy's son Zach is a Realtor at Plumlee Gulf Beach Realty, owns Breland LLC, a small projects general contracting firm in Seminole FL, and is a student at the University of Florida completing his college degree.

Ken is truly dedicated to the Florida we remember as kids. It is no secret that Ken and his wife Kathy are attracted to the lifestyle and folklore of this part of the Florida Gulf coast. Indian Rocks Beach was originally settled in the 1800s when legend has it Indians still visited its rock encircled spring. The Indian Beach Hotel arrived in the early 1900s, and in the 1950s growth really accelerated. Today, Indian Rocks Beach is thriving with local character and culture that preserve the original community flavor.
