He made himself available when we had time to look and made each day of looking a breeze. No one has ever taken the time to realize my situation and help and assist me in the way Kerry has. I coul not have gotten through this process without him.
Kerry does his homework. He's on the ball and always looking out for me. He has gone way beyond his job description to ensure the entire process was understood, without affecting my emotions, my nerve or any frustrations.
He will stay a friend. He by far is the most professional person, not on the ball. More than anyone I have ever dealt with. Just, the best!

Kerry and his team were amazing from start to finish, helping sell our current home and attain our dream home. Kerry goes above and beyond to help his customers. He is a great communicator, but also gives you your space. He also calls or texts just to check on you as a person not just a client, which makes working with him completely different and a great experience. After your closure he stays in contact with his clients and treats them as friends and family. He is a family man as well and works with you and your family to make this work. He is not afraid to put on a work belt as well and just make it happen for you. I give Kerry 5 stars and if I could I would do 10. If your looking for a top notch realtor and amazing team that not only gets the job done but actually cares about you, Kerry and his team are the way to go. Thank you Kerry for everything from the bottom of my heart! You are much more than a realtor but extended family to us now.

He was always quick to respond, very intelligent in his field of work, made himself available during my time of availability, and most of all advocated for my fiancé and I in every single step of the home buying process. I am so happy I chose Kerry to sell my property for me. He really put in the time to research the area and prices before suggesting a list price, promptly listed the property, relayed offers as they came in and stayed in contact with me thru the whole process. "I could not have asked for a better realtor than Kerry Griggs to help me in the selling of my sweet mom's home. He went so far out of his way on his own time to be a help and support. He had his own connections in scheduling the clean up of the property asap, even giving his own time to help. He had professional photos taken, drone pics as well as listed the house within a week and we got 3 offers in 3 days! I was on a very limited time frame to sell and he came thru! I was struggling searching the market on my own when I was referred to Kerry Griggs. I contacted him and he started working on helping me find what I was looking for. He was the most knowledgeable person I have had the pleasure of working with in real estate. He is extremely friendly and personable. If I had a question he was only a phone call away. All of his responses were prompt and in my opinion that goes a long way. I woud recommend anyone who is looking to purchase real estate to give him a call. Kerry Griggs was our realtor from Keller Williams Alliance. He was more than helpful in locating the perfect home for us in Crozet, Va. Kerry has extensive knowledge of structural engineering, the local areas and the housing market. He was always honest and upfront with us which put us at ease with the transaction. Kerry is not the run of the mill, trying to make a sale realtor. He cares and makes sure things are stress free. Saishee and Kenny have been working with Kerry since September 2021 until April 2022. We also had the pleasure of meeting Kiala, who is a newer member of Kerry's team. They are both awesome! We had been demanding in terms of the specific house we are looking for. Originally we were looking at used houses, and then switched to new construction. Despite the change of course, Kerry was always patient with us, and always genuinely catered to our needs. We always felt comfortable that Kerry was supportive of finding the house we wanted, rather than maximizing his returns as a real estate agent. For example, when negotiating on a used house, Kerry suggested ways (such as an escalation clause) to minimize the purchase price while maximizing our chances of winning the bid. We were shopping remotely, and he would point out defects that we would otherwise overlook. Kerry was always willing and happy to go above and beyond to help us find the perfect home. Until and after we finally closed on new construction, he was with us every step of the way. Kerry always convinced us we were his priority as partners in our real estate transaction. We would most certainly work with Kerry and Kiala again in the future. Thank you!
