Kevin is the BEST! He had the daunting task of selling a house that was to have been sold nearly 3 years ago due to a divorce. My ex refused to sell the house until the court approved a special master to take over the sale and imposed fines and a possible arrest. The lawyer allowed Kevin to proceed as he saw fit with dealing with my ex. Kevin was so compassionate and caring in dealing with my ex, and in the end my ex has come to admire and respect Kevin. An offer had been accepted 2 weeks before my ex cooperated, and even though time was tight to get in and pack up the house, Kevin was there every step of the way. What could have been a stressful time for me, he made it so easy with his instructions every single day of what needed to be done. He went with me the first time I entered the house in over 7 years, and he helped prepare me for the chaos that was inside, even though I did not want to go! This obviously was not an ordinary type of sale, but Kevin was up for the challenge, knowing all the facts and emotions that were involved before hand and thankfully took the job and handled it like it was a walk in the park! His partner Debbie Lindsey was with me the first time I thought I was going to enter the house, and even though I was dreading it, she was right there taking the stress away from me. I never thanked her for that before. My lawyer and the special master were so impressed with the speed and compassion and ease Kevin took in handling this difficult sale. The staff of the hotel I am staying at met Kevin and were also so impressed with him that they are going to give his name to any guest who asks for a local realtor. I am also happy to say he is in the process of finding me a home now. Kevin, you are truly a special kind of person and agent!

Kevin and Debbie did an excellent job marketing our house and getting much more than asking price. They were very professional and everything they did was high quality. We recommended them to some friends who had a similar experience. It was great that they took care of all of the details needed to have a smooth selling experience.
