Do you want a realtor that listens, cares and will do everything in their power to get you not only exactly what you want in a house but also takes the time to help you be fully informed about the full process?! Then Kevin is your realtor. Not only did he take time out of his family time to show us houses he also went out of his way to do extensive homework about what we wanted and if it would be attainable in our timeline. We initially thought we wanted a ready to move in hour but then decided we wanted a brand new not even built house. Not only did he work with us to get us exactly what we wanted he went to bat for us with the builder and their realtor to get us a great contract. From beginning to end Kevin was amazing.
