Renting in AZ becomes hard when one of your family members is a pit bull. Not wanting to give up said family member, my husband and I decided it was time to put on our big adult pants and buy a house. This was in 2021 when the world wasn't exactly back to normal. Ryan happened to be a former teen pastor at our church and had helped our son, so when we heard he changed careers to sell real estate, we knew we could trust him. I'm so glad we did because he did not let us down. We approached him in Jan 2021, and in April 2021, we were signing papers to our beautiful home. He listened to us, he helped us with every step, and never once made us feel rushed or that we were just a paycheck to him. As a gift to us for trusting him to help us find the perfect home, he paid for a year of home warranty for our appliances and minor repairs. To this day, he still checks in with us. Wow! Where do I even start? We moved to Arizona from California and had zero luck with our first realtor. I searched and searched online and found Kevin and can honestly say it was the best decision to reach out to him! My mom and I were looking for a larger house that was more conducive to being a multi-generation home and we met Ryan at an open house. We have met a previous realtor who pressed us to give our contact info and pushed other properties…that was NOT Ryan. He gave us his card, told us some valuable information about what we were looking for, and gave us the space to reach back out to him.

He was thorough, understanding, and worked with our unique buying/selling situation. A lot of realtors are just salesmen in disguise but Ryan truly was more of a guide in the process, working with us and not just thinking about a commission.

He not only took time to show us rentals then but then he came to my families rescue after my dad passed away last year and helped me sell my moms and dads house stress free and very quickly. 10/10 recommend Kevin for your realtor needs!! He helped my fiancé and I find our dream home and it wasn't an easy journey. This is me and my fiancé's first time buying a home and we had NO idea what we were doing or in for. Kevin quickly learned what we were looking for in a home. He found just about every home on the market we'd potentially be interested in within our budget and showed them all to us. Kevin showed us these homes that were from 30 minutes away from his home to showing us homes 2 hours away from his home, numerous times. He didn't just take one or two days searching for a home for us, he spent nights, weekends, and every day of the week communicating, with us, explaining everything to us, and going to see homes with us. We felt he genuinely cared about our family and getting us into a home as though he were a dear friend of ours. And getting us into a home before our deadline (which was an almost impossible task.)
