Kieran and his team are the best! They helped us buy our first home and helped us sell it a couple years later. Kieran will always advocate for you and make sure you are getting the best deal possible. We had some boundary line stuff with a vacant lot and Kieran knew exactly who to go to and what to say. He always kept us in the loop throughout the entire sale process. Plus he makes it fun because once you are a contact in Kieran’s phone you have yourself a friend for life. I’ve known Kieran for a very long time. I asked him if he knew of any houses for rent. Kieran’s response was why rent when you can own a home. My wife and I went to the agency and within minutes we were pre approved. Kieran and his team made the process so easy and smooth. He broke everything down for us and explained everything to the t. When we finally found a house we loved Kieran immediately went to work with the negotiating. Within a few hours our offer was accepted. From there we were in contract within a week or two. My wife and I panicked over something’s but Kieran was always right there to calm us down and let us know everything will work out. Our closing costs were more then we could afford and he was able to work his magic and get them down to where we needed them to be. I would never wanna work with anyone else when buying a house. He literally makes the entire process so easy and so fun. We appreciate everything he did for us. He also buys your a bbq when you close with him!! I’d recommend him a million times over and over again.
