As a former Naval Officer, Kim has moved many times in her life, both within the US and abroad. She has bought and sold over a dozen homes herself, so she knows firsthand every aspect involved in the buying and selling process. She knows the stress and anxiety that comes with relocating -- or even moving across town. She also prides herself in her ability to recognize quality construction and craftsmanship in homes. She uses her personal experience and knowledge to guide clients through the process of purchasing a new home or selling a home.
She began her Real Estate career in 2006, working for Coldwell Banker in Chicago. She was happy to come home to Coldwell Banker in the Seattle area; Kim and her family are lifelong residents of Mercer Island. She has strong ties within the greater Seattle community and many professional contacts and resources to assist in buying or selling a home.
As a Logistics Officer aboard USS NIMITZ, she managed an annual multibillion-dollar budget and negotiated countless numbers of contracts between the government and various corporations. She takes every contract seriously and treat each transaction with the utmost attention to detail and consideration.
