Having relocated to Placer County in the mid-1980s, I have a unique perspective on the growth and transformation of this region. My father, a hot air balloon pilot, frequently flew over the expansive, undeveloped lands stretching from Granite Bay and Roseville to the Sierra Nevada Foothills. I had the privilege of crewing with him, witnessing the raw beauty of the land from above, an experience that ignited my lifelong interest in real estate. As I’ve watched this area evolve, it has been rewarding to now serve clients in a market built on the same land I once explored.
My husband and I have raised three children in Rocklin, and we are grateful to be part of such a vibrant, family-oriented community. The area offers excellent schools, abundant parks, recreational facilities, and convenient access to shopping, dining, and employment opportunities.
