Kim helped me purchase my first home and was extremely helpful during the entire process!

Kim showed she truly cared for what I was looking for in a home and the style of my home! I sent her a list of homes I wanted to tour and she followed up asking if I would be open to touring 2 additional homes I had not included previously as they were in the same city and met my criteria. One of the homes she added to the list was one I’d seen online, but thought it was out of my price range and didn’t include originally. This ended up being the home I fell in love with and purchased! She informed me while touring the home that she pulled comps for it already and believed it would appraise for closer to my budget - and it did!!

During the contract negotiations she was quick to relay information and finalize details. I’ve been in the home Kim helped me close on for 3 years now and I always recommend her to anyone I know looking for an agent!!

We worked with Kim Turner for purchasing two homes over the course of 20 years. She was very responsive in finding homes that matched our location and price range. She is very professional and dedicated to finding the right home for her clients. When our daughter purchased her first home, Kim also helped her and walked her through all the ins-and-outs of the process for a first time home buyer. Kim is very knowledgeable and awesome at what she does as a realtor. I would recommend her to anyone without a doubt. She assisted my husband and I in selling a house and it was under contract before it was even advertised. She is also helping us look at possible property to retire on. Kim Turner sold our house for us and I would definitely recommend using her! She was wonderful and so helpful! I can't brag enough about her! We have had realtors in the past but when we found her, I would never use anyone else! She is the Best! She goes above and beyond for you! That is hard to find!
