As advertised, buying or selling a car should be so easy and beneficial to BOTH parties. Just get ready to move because your house is going to move fast and for what the market will bear. Working with Kimberli was a 100 on a scale from 1-10. The absolute only stress I had searching for my new pad. Don’t look any further, real world results, no bait and switch, honesty, integrity, all that the public ask for. Wish I had another house to sell with Kimberli and 72 sold.

We sold our home through Kimberly in March of 2022. As you know it has been a crazy time in real estate and for these times you need a real professional. Kim is that professional.
Kim made the process as simple and as stress free as possible. She kept us well informed and guided us along the way. She and her Dad Tom were honest and helpful and true to their word. Additionally they were able to sell our home above asking and in the 72 hour timeframe advertised.

She guided me through every step, educating me and answering all of my questions with confidence. I can't thank Kim and Hague Partners enough. It is a difficult time to buy and it being my wife's and I first time ever purchasing a home we had no idea where to start nor what to expect. Kimberli went above and beyond to walk us through every step of the way. No matter if it was 8AM or 8PM she would answer her phone and respond to every text I sent her way. She never gave up no matter how many houses we looked at and no matter if we got outbid on a few houses. The main thing is Kimberli never let us SETTLE for something we didn't love.
