We had offers quickly and had our home under contract several times, but unfortunately we had bad luck with buyers such as personal issues and financing problems that caused them to back out (Not Kimberly's fault). She never gave up and kept working until we got it sold. She worked with us during the whole process of selling our home to find us a new home to purchase. We were very particular in what we wanted, where we wanted it and what price we wanted it at, so needless to say, we were a pain in her behind. No matter how difficult we were, she kept working hard for us. No matter how much we bugged her to ask questions, no matter how late it was, she always responded to us in a timely manner. The best quality Kimberly has is her honesty. Our expectations of what we wanted in the price range we wanted it in was simply unrealistic, and she was able to express that to us without offending us. Sometimes you need a reality check. She had us prioritize our wants and needs, my wife and I compromised and we now have our new home under contract and should be closing in the next 30 days! It's not our perfect dream home but it is as perfect as we could get, within our budget. You can't go wrong with Kimberly!

My realtor at the time was having problems finding me a house with the criteria of my loan . So i seek help anywhere I could. I was Lost this is my first house. What am i suppose to do? I contacted many agents to schedule some showings while we were going to be in town, and Kimberly was the only one that followed though after the initial phone call. She has gone above and beyond to help us find the perfect home. Her knowledge of the area is great since she has been here her entire life. Many nights she has spent working past business hours and on weekends to help us do paperwork, look for or at a house and even video homes for us since we are now back in PA.
