For the past decade she has been in both development and brokerage in Scottsdale, AZ. As the Broker of Butte Realty, a boutique brokerage specializing in luxury condo communities and single-family homes in the Scottsdale market, she helps clients buy and sell homes and condos ranging from Cave Creek to Arcadia, Biltmore to Scottsdale Mountain. She has performed in-depth market analysis into the condo market for over a decade as she is the former Vice President of Butte Companies, a Scottsdale based multifamily developer responsible for delivering many projects in the Kierland area including The Landmark an ultra-luxury condo community fronting onto The Westin Kierland Golf Course. The Landmark condo project sold 98 condos at an average price of over $1,000,000. Her experience as the exclusive developer representative of Tower II at The Landmark in Kierland gave her exceptional insight into the resident profile, lifestyle options, and real estate market in this niche area.
More importantly, she likes to have fun house shopping with her clients, and she prides herself on keeping her clients informed and comfortable every step of the way. She loves real estate, and she loves giving back to the community when she can!
She served as a past Vice Chairman of the board of directors for the UMOM New Day Centers, Arizona’s largest shelter for homeless families. She was the founding chairwoman for the Women’s Leadership Initiative within the Urban Land Institute Arizona District Council. She was a founding board member and the 2006 Chairman of the Arizona District Council Young Leaders Group within the Urban Land Institute. She holds her Real Estate Brokers License in the State of Arizona, have a B.S. in Business from the University of Colorado, and I’m Valley Leadership Alumni (Class 30). She currently resides with her husband and three children in Scottsdale, her native hometown.
