Kirsten Starkey

Kirsten Starkey offers her clients the perfect combination of Corvallis knowledge, business acumen and marketing expertise. She has an outgoing personality and enjoys “rolling up her sleeves” to help clients navigate the local real estate market. Her goal is to create relationships that do not stop at one transaction but rather evolve as her clients’ needs grow.

Kirsten has an undergraduate degree from Cal Poly and a Master’s in Business Administration from Georgia Southern University. While moving around the world and raising a family, Kirsten has held a variety of high-profile positions including serving as the Marketing Communications Manager for VeriSign’s Telecommunications Division, Publicist for the Savannah Music Festival, and midday radio show co-host for the Armed Forces Network Bavaria. She is a Certified Digital Marketing Associate and advised many global clients. Kirsten specializes in marketing and promotion and leverages digital and social media to maximize results for her clients.

After a twenty two year military career, Kirsten’s husband retired as an Army Lieutenant Colonel. After four deployments and multiple moves, to include living in Germany and Korea, they were ready to settle down and bring a touch of stability to their lives. After comparing the quality of life in various areas, Kirsten’s hometown of Corvallis was the clear winner. Kirsten brought her family home to Corvallis and has not looked back. While growing up as a Beaver fan, Kirsten went to local schools, played multiple sports and was active in 4-H. Her parents retired from Oregon State University, and she grew up on the family farm. She offers clients an in-depth perspective on the area that is invaluable to home buyers and sellers. She combines this with an open and honest approach ensuring clients have an advocate looking out for their best interests.

Kirsten is an inductee into Omicron Delta Kappa, the National Leadership Fraternity and Beta Gamma Sigma, the National Business Fraternity. In her spare time, she helps manage her family’s natural beef business, Northwest Natural Beef. She can often be found at local Farmers’ Markets helping out in the family booth. Kirsten keeps up with her active family, which includes a son and daughter-in-law at Carnegie Mellon University in the graduate music program. She also has a son at Adams Elementary and a daughter in middle school at Franklin. Happy to be back in Oregon, Kirsten’s guilty pleasure is enjoying the abundance of drive through coffee shops. She also enjoys traveling, eating at new international restaurants and finding fun 5k’s for the family to enjoy together.
