About Kris

I have a very unique set of skills. I presently work in the sales, marketing and valuation of properties in the Greater Boston area. I understand the process from many different perspectives and work to provide my customers and clients with the best service possible. I partner with some of the very best in the industry, no matter what aspect of the transaction.

I began my career in real estate working for a prominent real estate brokerage firm in a regional marketing position. It was there that I began specializing in producing campaigns for new construction developments. I was working on sales strategies for these types of projects when I decided to leave and help establish Insight Realty Group. Insight Realty Group is a thriving independent brokerage firm today, and has consistently ranked among the top firms for new construction sales in Greater Boston since it’s inception. Our office is small compared to some franchises, but we have the highest per agent production level of any firm in Boston.

When the market shifted and the mortgage industry was changing daily I decided the best way to stay on top of those changes was to actively participate. After a period of working for a national lender, I decided to obtain my mortgage brokers license. I worked with a brokerage office for a period to gain the extra experience.

I have always had a thirst for knowledge, even trained and worked as an appraiser for a period to polish my property pricing skills. I undertook the process of converting to mortgage broker, from lender, to gain the best understanding possible of the changing environment that affects the many aspects of this industry. I have a solid 17 plus years in the industry and a unique well rounded knowledge not common in many of my colleagues. I enjoy the entrepreneurial aspects of the industry where I am directly rewarded for my work. My business is based entirely on referrals and it continues to grow as a result of my achievements.



As rewarding as the career can be financially, I am also heavily involved in making that “greater contribution”. I have worked with organizations which include: Boston Medical Center as chair and organizer for events that benefit their Cancer Care Center, Guiding Eyes for the Blind as a puppy raiser, Harbor to the Bay as both a fundraising cyclist and marketing support, and 15 to 40 Connection as a speaker and panelist on their website. Rewards come in many different varieties in life, and some of the moments in these endeavors have been my most treasured memories.
