I tend to be picky and very impatient at times and not once thru the buying process did Krisdine lose her cool. After dozens of houses we looked at she continued to stay positive and assure me we would find the one. When a seller decided to break contract she didnt hesitate to start the house hunting process all over again. She has an extensive network of trusted people that work with her so it made the process very easy. She was tentative and never went more than a few hours to get back in contact with me. Even when she was with other buyers she made sure that I was not ignored and got back with me, Even if it was just to say hey I with a client and will call you back shortly I cant thank you enough Krisdine for everything. Krisdine and Morgan came into our lives via the serendipity of cold calling them to view some properties in a specific area. They instantly began building a rapport with us right after meeting them. As we walked through houses, they asked questions along with providing information about themselves. We knew quickly that we liked them and wanted to select them as our agents for this process. I was checking the Zillow website and found something interesting and inquired, my inquiry was referred to Krisdine Wilson from the Century 21 Wilson Minger Agency in Niceville, Florida. Krisdine responded promptly and took me to see properties that met my criteria the day after I arrived to Florida. Two words can briefly describe Krisdine, professional and delightful and the same for all of the others in her office. I bought two of the houses she showed, then at the end of my visit I bought a third. Finding the properties for me was one thing but they also helped with the home inspection, insurance, payment and closing process. As I mentioned I was looking for investment properties, Krisdine's office also does property management and they have already rented two of the places for me. If the third hadn't been a project house they would have probably rented it already too. That's how it happened for me, it all went so smooth it was a little hard to believe.
