Krista Hoffsis

Krista Hoffsis is a trusted partner and enthusiastic advocate for her clients. Krista has earned several professional credentials, including the Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®) designation, the At Home with Diversity® certification, and the National Association of Realtors GREEN designation. Krista has the expertise to guide you through every step of the real estate process.

With her GREEN designation and a degree in Environmental Sciences from UVM, Krista is uniquely positioned to provide insight into what makes a property environmentally sustainable. She can help clients evaluate different resource-efficient features and practices, distinguish between industry rating and classification systems, and discuss financial grants and incentives available to homeowners.

Krista takes pride in showcasing the unique character of each property she represents. She is able to tell the story of a house and highlight its one-of-a-kind assets through artful staging and professional photography. She has a keen eye for interior design and a personal passion for historic home renovation.

When she’s not working, Krista enjoys traveling, tackling DIY projects, and spending time at Lake Champlain. She serves on the board of Preservation Burlington, a nonprofit dedicated to preserving historically significant architecture, and volunteers at Howling Mountain Wildlife Rescue in Starksboro, a certified wildlife rehabilitation center. Originally from Ohio, Krista currently lives in a historic cape style house in the New North End of Burlington with her husband, dogs, and cat.
