Having lived in the Central Pennsylvania area Kristen Gold's entire life provides her with the extensive knowledge needed to assist clients with their real estate needs.

As a parent of three, she is aware of the many challenges a family may face during a transition period. She is prepared to assist through every step of the real estate transaction.

She has been a professional realtor in the Greater Harrisburg area since July of 2003. During her first six months as a realtor, she received the Rising Star Award for her level of sales, and continued customer satisfaction. She was entrusted with the responsibility of mentoring new agents within one year of being licensed.

She has continued her education in real estate by earning her ABR for Accredited Buyer Representative, as well as her CSP or Certified New Home Sales Professional. She is an energetic, extremely meticulous individual. She has been in the service industry for over twenty-five years. She enjoys working with the public and following through on every task provided to me until its completion.
