As a first time homebuyer, I had pretty much no idea what to do or where to start. Kristen made this process so seamless and easy that I was able to find and move into my perfect home in three months. She is incredibly knowledgeable and experienced in this industry. She showed me all of the positives and negatives in every home we saw, and these were things I would have never even known or thought about! I feel so lucky to have worked with Kristen. We were looking for an agent that would understand and appreciate our nuances and details in finding a home. We have known Kristen and her family for years and never thought twice about working with her. We challenged her to expand into an area she was not familiar with and she researched everything about that area. That says a ton, that an agent would go beyond what’s easy and familiar to help us find the right home. And, we did find that home after a persistent search.

Kristen was there for us all of the way through to an abnormal virtual closing due to Covid-19. If you want ordinary, use another agent. If you want dedication and a hardworking partnership, you better call Kristen. We’d use her again in a NY minute. I can’t think of a better endorsement.

It was a good decision asking Kristen Toffales to be our Real Estate Agent. Our first visit was a "sit and talk" session where we shared our thoughts, and received an education in the art of selling a house. We then received a portfolio of similar homes sold in our community. Kristen explained her strategy and explained to us what we had to do and get done. Fast forward to her calling us with an offer, then another offer. A quick moment passed and with her guidance, accepted one of the two.
From there on, Kristen took care of everything up until the signing of the papers at closing.
Our sale was quick, easy, and complete. We would certainly recommend her as a competent, pleasant, and complete Real Estate Agent.

From that day, she left such an impression that my husband and I decided to give her a call to help us on our journey.
