A Real Estate Agent That Absolutely Hustles . My wife and I recently relocated to Colorado. This was the sixth (and hopefully last) time we have moved between states. We have worked with some good real estate agents, but Kristi is unequivocally the best. She works hard, taking time to understand our needs and preferences and rounding up homes that meet our criteria. We had no wasted time while finding our new home. She was patient as we waited to close on our past home. She works great with other agents and provided us with great advice to negotiate a great agreement on our new home. Thank you Kristi and team for helping us to find, what is hopefully, our forever home!

Kristi Bringle was incredible to work with on both the sale of our current house and purchase of our new home.
She was patient, professional, always available and showed great business acumen throughout our entire process. She provided great council in our pricing strategy and marketing plan on the sale side of the current home. Then on the purchase side of our transaction, Kristi demonstrated great local market knowledge while providing us near perfect guidance throughout our purchase. These transactions are very complicated in the current market and Kristi helped of navigate the process with great ease.

Kristi is amazing. Extremely responsive and quick to action. Kristi was able to schedule multiple house showings for us, organizing them to ensure we did not waste any time driving back and forth. Kristi was a great asset to discuss the pros and cons we had of each house, was never pushy, and even steered us away from a home we won a bid on after the inspection came back.
I have heard house buying can be very stressful but I can honestly say I did not feel major stress working with Kristi.
I have and will continue to recommend Kristi to anyone I hear is in the market. I have plenty of family and friends that pushed to work with us but I wanted to work with a professional, and that is what Kristi is.

I, by practice, only leave honest reviews. When a business does well, I rate them as such. When a business does poorly, I rate them as such. When a business is in the middle I rate them in the middle. If you're reading this review, please understand that while I did not give 5 full stars, it is ONLY because if anyone gets 5 stars from me, it means they literally walk on water. As such, if I were to be asked if I would do business with Kristi again? I absolutely would do so. I mean I honestly would 100%, positively do business with Kristi again. My individual experience was a little rough in SOME phases. Those phases while it was a bit rough, Kristi OWNED that, and did everything possible to remedy those situations like a truly successful person would have done. Even though I bore lots of responsibility in those phases being rough, she STILL tried to own it. In the spirit of honesty she tried to take responsibility for errors she couldn't even possibly be held responsible for. That alone, to me, is what successful people do. If you're selling, she will advocate for you. If you're buying, she'll advocate for you. Her reference list includes the SINGLE best sewer scope in the business. Not quite "walking on water" status, but DAMN close. I mean this. If you're doing business with Kristi, you're in TRULY GREAT hands.

Kristi was amazing to work with. She was available whenever we wanted to see houses and she always responded immediately to questions or requests. We were first time home buyers and she guided through the whole process. She even advised against a certain property due to inspection issues when we would have bought the house. I feel that speaks a lot to her character because she wanted us to make the right long term decision rather than making a quick sale for herself. I would recommend her to everyone.

We loved working with Kristi! Not only does she have an awesome easy going personality, she is professional and knowledgeable as well. She took her time to explain the entire process from listing our house all the way to closing on a new one. She kept us in the loop and helped come up with reasonable solutions on inspection issues taking her time to research and be knowledgeable on everything that comes along with purchasing a home on a septic system.
