Kristin Bodkin began her real estate career 37 years ago, quickly achieving Top Producer status at Coach Realtors and maintaining that distinction yearly. She credits her consistent success to the attributes that earned her Top Client Service Award, continually placing the needs of her clients first, always being available, and always fostering open and honest communication with her clients. She shares, "I think my clients feel very comfortable with me and know I am always working in their best interest." Kristin and her family moved to Long Island from Connecticut 40 years ago. As a transplanted resident of the Three Village Area, she understands the process of acclimating to a new area and making it home for a family. She knows and loves the North Shore and all of its surrounding communities. Kristin recently earned her CNE designation and is now a CERTIFIED NEGOTIATION EXPERT and a SELLER'S REPRESENTATIVE SPECIALIST (SRS). In addition to being licensed as a New York State Associate Real Estate Broker, she is a CERTIFIED BUYER REPRESENTATIVE (CBR), and a member of Luxury Home Marketing.
