Kristin Cossel

Kristin’s goal is to be in constant communication with her clients by listening to their needs and concerns first, and combining that with her knowledge, expertise, honesty, and determination. Always striving for the end result of a closed escrow.
Kristin has been a resident in Orange County for over 35 years. She has a true passion for this industry and for helping others find new beginnings, whether they are selling or buying. She pursued her broker’s license in 2017 after being an agent for many years. Kristin is happy to say that January of 2018 she officially started KSC Properties and Consultants, INC, where she is excited to continue to serve her clients through her own brokerage.

Kristin’s amazing husband of 25 years is Robert. They have three wonderful children, daughter Karissa who just got married to their son in law Beau, son Tyler is just graduated from the Police Correction Officer Academy, and their youngest they adopted 12 years ago, he is now 19 1/2 and working in South Carolina. His name is Atavius. They spend a lot of their personal time visiting their children that live away from home. They are a part of the Crosspointe Church Family in Anaheim. They enjoy boating, camping, and spending quality time together. Kristin loves to serve God through her community and church and is excited to help you find or sell your next home.
