Kristin Crosby is definitely a person you could trust with to buy/sell a property in West Virginia. She's professional, fast while patient, work hard and dedicate to handle what at her hands. She tried all possibilities to reach the goal that's even an impossible task in my opinion. She did great job in negotiating and coordinating with all parties to make the deal happens fairly quickly. Every step of the way with our home buying journey she has been thoughtful of our needs and wants, prompt with all of our request, and time and time again went over and beyond any expectation I would have had. I highly recommend Kristin if you're looking for a realtor. She is licensed in VA and West VA. This was great since we were looking to buy a home in VA or in some of the nearby towns in West VA. We also had a home to sell in VA and she took care of this too. Kristin was amazing to work with. She is hard working, dedicated, and knowledgeable. She is always on top of everything- never missing any deadlines and always in communication. I have been through the home selling/buying process a few times already and consider Kristin to be one of the best realtors we've ever had. She truly cares about her clients and has your back no matter what. I not only consider her a wonderful realtor but also a great friend. I now consider Kristin a good friend because of her spectacular services as my realtor. Not only is she accommodating to your schedule as much as possible, she goes above and beyond ensuring you feel comfortable with the home search and home buying process, as much as possible. Moving from one state to another, where I was not as familiar with certain systems, structural differences, and how the buying process varied between my home state and my new state, were all things Kristin eased my mind about. She answered all my questions accurately and learned my home preferences very quickly. She helped me with my 3rd home purchase, so I speak from experience about how daunting the home search and buying process can be. But with Kirstin, it was actually the most enjoyable home buying process I can say I've had out of the 3 times. That speaks volumes to her professionalism, expertise, and personalization she has with every client. I highly recommend her for your home buying/selling needs. She even saved me when I was stuck 2 days after closing with my new deadbolt lock switch out process because I couldn't find my power drill. Again, goes above and beyond. Before I tell you my story, I would like to say that Kristin Crosby of
Path Realty is a true professional and a charming person to work with.
We were looking to downsize our home and move out of the Annapolis MD area and we listed or home to test the waters. To our surprise, sold the home in one day. That left us only us only six weeks to move. After spending many hours on websites looking at homes for sale, we were very dismayed at the lack of inventory on the market. We contacted a number of agents in three states and viewed about 30 homes, none of which met our needs. We then saw 5 homes in north central VA on the web. We called Kristin Crosby who was one of the listing agents and asked to see the homes we picked out. She showed us the homes and again they did not meet our needs. Kristin asked us what we didn't like about each home and said that she would find us a home that we would like. By this time, we knew that we would most likely have to find something to rent, since we already looked at everything on the web and came up empty. In a few days, she called and said she had found the home we were looking for. We were thrilled. We put together an offer with her help. That weekend there were multiple offers, but we won the bid. We are now in the home, in a wonderful neighborhood thanks to her effort. Over the years, we have work with dozens of agents and Kristin Crosby of Path Realty is one of the best. I don't recommend people often but she truly was great to work with and very knowledgeable.
