Working with Kristin was nothing short of fantastic! I knew Kristin as a phenomenal agent as I work for a local builder - it was to my pleasant surprise that Kristin was the listing agent of a beautiful home that my wife and I wrote an offer on right away!

Amazing job selling my home, positive, excellent resources and client base. Great business structure, beautiful ladies to work with. Sold my home a month or so after listing, which is extremely fast in my opinion, had at least 20 people come by the first week. Kristin sold our home in Meadowville Landing Estates and made the process very straightforward and low-stress for us. Her market analysis and pricing strategy were right on, and our home went under contract in less than a week. Kristin was great about presenting the pros/cons of our multiple offers and helping us come to a decision. We were especially pleased with the real estate photographer Kristin and Co. used, as well as the associated marketing of our home. All of our interactions with her agents/employees (all of whom work as a team) were exceptionally positive. Our questions were answered quickly, and we felt well-represented through the entire process. Should have written this review quite some time ago but Kristin and her entire team were absolutely amazing during our home-buying process. We are so happy to have stumbled upon her. We had a lack of experience with the entire process and she was able to walk us through step by step and make the entire thing as much of a breeze as it could possibly be. The thing we appreciate most about her though is her honesty. It helped us out on so many different occasions. She kept things straight and realistic with us the entire time and we couldn't be anymore grateful for that.

We are a military family and were faced with a military move during the pandemic. I found Kristin based on reviews from other military spouses in the area. She was immediately responsive and handled every possible aspect of the house hunting and offer process in our absence. She did video walkthroughs of the house and scheduled all necessary inspections. We wanted the house repainted and new carpet installed and she met the contractors at our house to let them in. She literally made it a dream experience. It was fast and easy, and she did it all with a smile. I would recommend Kristin to anyone needing a realtor in the area. She was hands down the best!

Kristin was so helpful during the process of buying our home. She always calmed me down when I started worrying about things. Lol. Everything went so smooth! My husband and I weren’t able to come down to look at the house, so Kristin did a video walk through for us. The walk through was very thorough. She not only walked through the house but she talked about the details of the house while she walked through the house. I was so impressed! Needless to say the house was exactly how she described it in the video.

Kristin was always available when I had questions and when she wasn’t going to be available she would let me know ahead of time. That means a lot to me because I am a big communicator. If you need a realtor I would definitely recommend Kristin. She actually cares about her clients and their needs.

We are in the military and wanted to buy a house but we were unable to physically visit Chester before moving. We also wanted to have the house ready for us when we got there. It’s scary to buy a house sight unseen but Kristin made it an amazing experience. Top notch customer service. She gave us videos of houses, the streets, cul-de-sacs, kids playing outside in neighboring house etc... She would answer our calls at any time of day (we felt bad for being so needy). We also bought in NY previously and let me tell you, the experience was night and day. We actually feel like she cares and like if we were working with a close friend or family. That’s how taken care of we felt. If we end up moving again (due to military obligations), I wish we can take her with us lol, because I know we won’t get this type of service anywhere else.
