Kristina Musielak

Originally from northwest Indiana - known as ‘The Region’ - Kristina moved to Indianapolis in 2015. Immediately falling in love with downtown, she and her husband first moved to Herron-Morton, then to Chatham Arch, and then built their own home in Springdale on the near east side. Kristina has a passion for design that helped her, and her husband start their own renovation and home-building business, Gem Homes. Although historic homes make Kristina’s heart skip a beat, she loves the modern, new construction homes and remodels that are helping to develop the downtown neighborhoods. She loves it when others can experience the same love for the Circle City that she and her family have. She is thankful to be able to help people experience urban living at its finest!
