Kristina Swatts

Kristina started her real estate career working as a receptionist for a local boutique real estate office on the Northeast side of Indianapolis in 1999. Soon after, she obtained her Salesperson and Broker's license realizing she had the love of all things real estate. Prior to joining T&H Realty, Kristina took on the dual role as not only a salesperson but transaction coordinator for a local real estate team for over 20 years. Those 20+ years of experience has exposed her to the ever changing real estate market. This, in addition to her expertise and passion to help others adds an extra level of customer service to ensure her clients receive the best care possible and the transaction runs as smooth as possible. Kristina and her husband Chris have been married for over 15 years, they have 2 boys, a rescue dog Bella and currently reside in Noblesville. During her spare time she can be seen watching or participating in one of her boys activities, gardening, camping, or volunteering.
