Kristy Harper listed my house in Joelton TN and had it under contract within a few hours for full list price. It closes in two days. Had I listed my house, I would have listed it for $75K less than what Kristy sold the house for. She helped me throughout the process, keeping me informed of every aspect of the sale. I then decided that she was the person I needed to find a home for me, and together, she and I found my perfect home. She gave me advice on needed repairs, and she even contacted a general contractor to perform some of the repairs I need on the new home. In addition, the HOA president of my potential new home would not provide information to me since I was not yet an owner, but Kristy contacted this same HOA president and was able to obtain information I needed before I became the home owner. My new house closes in three days! She provided me with information and updates, keeping me updated on nights and weekends in addition to the usual work week. She even checked in on me when I was not feeling well. I have endless examples of how helpful Kristy was in all aspects of the sale, from explaining the initial contract, to walking me through not only the sale of my previous home, but to the complicated closing process that has been explained to me step by step. And since purchasing a home introduced a quite different process, she guided me through the entire purchase. If I ever need a real estate agent again, I will definitely contact Kristy Harper.

Kristy helped me sell my townhome at the end of July 2020 (closed in October 2020). At the beginning, she patiently walked me through what the whole process would look like, which was very helpful for me because I am a planner, and then as different parts of the process unfolded, she walked me through them again.

Through her expertise, we priced my home appropriately and she had a really good sense of what improvements were (and weren't!) necessary in order to make my home marketable. She was incredibly responsive over text and email! Her connections for pictures, home repairs and cleaning were dependable and responsive as well.

I would certainly recommend Kristy to anyone, but especially to people who don't want to feel rushed through the selling process. She had a great sense of what was happening in both the Nashville market and in my neighborhood. I'm so grateful to her for helping to get my home sold!

Kristy has a positive and upbeat attitude. Extremely knowledge. She is very responsive and put our fears to rest as we were first time sellers. She had our duplex on contingent in two days with two offers. Not only did she sell our house, she helped us buy a new house and went on many last minute requests to see a homes. She assured us the right house would come along and it did! She advised us how to get the house we wanted in a hot market such as this one. She was clever in knowing how to word a contract so buyers would have a hard time refusing our offer. She has lots of experience and knows exactly what she is doing. I highly recommend her!!!

Words can't express how satisfied I am with my realtor, Kristy Harper! About a little more than year ago, I researched online to find a realtor that had experience in short sales and that's when I ran across the profile for Kristy. Her profile showed that she was highly qualified in multiple areas; however, what I was most impressed with was the feedback from her clients. I reached out to her and got an immediate response. Who knew that not only would I be gaining an amazing realtor, but a lifetime friend as well. She worked with me diligently on trying to purchase a home that I had been watching for years that was listed as a short sale. That deal fell through, but she assured me that maybe that wasn't the home for me. Several months later, I found a new development home that I thought would be my dream home; however, I never thought that I could own it. Needless to say, I reached out to Kristy with the listing and by the next day, I had a contract on it. (Dreams do come true).
