When we were ready to purchase a new home, our mortgage broker recommended Landa to us. What a great recommendation! Landa was extremely professional-- she is organized, punctual, knowledgeable, and sincerely cared for our best interests. She listened to our needs and understood what we wanted. As she patiently showed us many houses, she also gave good advice about any possible concerns (house structure/location/price, etc.) Also, Landa stays up-to-date on the latest technology. Texts and emails were promptly responded to and we love that everything is digital-- we were able to easily review and sign all the forms online. We made an offer on a house and the inspection later revealed several health and safety issues. The sellers' agent was difficult to work with, which made the negotiation process less than pleasant. However, Landa went above and beyond in dealing with the other agent and responded in a meticulous and prompt manner, keeping us well informed the entire time. With her expert negotiating skills she was able to guide us to a reasonable compromise and we closed within our original time window. I highly regard Landa and would recommend her to anyone in the Huntsville area. It was a pleasure doing business with her and I look forward to working with her in the future.

Landa helped me buy my first house in Huntsville in 2000. Her competence, integrity and patience brought me back to her when I subsequently sold that house and purchased another in 2011. I would not use anyone else.

We live in another state, so I searched many Realtor websites before chosing Landa Pennington.Her information was well-presented, and more than that, I had a feeling she would go the extra mile with her clients. She seemed to have a passion for selling homes, and properties in general. Whether millionaire- type mansions, or working class humble abodes, I immediately had the feeling Landa would treat us equally well. I wrote to her, describing our needs, and why we wanted to move to the Huntsville area.She wrote back a detailed letter of the area, each quadrant of Madison county. After reading that, I knew we had chosen wisely! Then I called Landa, made an appointment for us to meet. In the meantime, Landa researched properties and began sending them to us on-line. We communicated for a week like that. Finally,my husband and I narrowed down our prospects, and we drove to Huntsville. Upon meeting her in person, and spending the day with Landa, we found the perfect house.She was diligent in her searches, listened carefully to us and our desires, and she found us the perfect home. She also held our hand all through the process of the funding, the inspections, negotiating with the seller's ,and we always knew Landa was keeping our best interests first. We cannot emphasize enough the great feeling we have working with Landa. She is so knowledgeable about the area and generous with her time. She is professional,and even when others were not, she maintained poise. We highly recommend Landa Pennington, without reservation. In fact, have never had any other Realtor be so helpful and kind, and we have bought many houses in our lifetimes! Thank you for this opportunity to express our appreciation of Landa Pennington. Landa Pennington is the only realtor I would ever use! I have purchased 2 different homes in the past 5 years and she worked tirelessly to make sure I found the perfect dream home. Her experience and expert advice kept me from making mistakes by possibly purchasing the wrong home. She worked very had researching in the evenings, setting up appointments, and taking me to view all the homes that met my criteria. She made sure all the ducks were in a row by doing due diligence in advance to make sure I stayed within budget which made the finalization an easy process. There was never a hard sell. No pressure. She is an amazing person with unlimited patience! Landa is very tech savvy and text, emailed and sent electronic docs to speed the process and eliminate any trips to the office for a signature.
