Lari took me through a very tough housing market in the Coos Bay Area. Inventory level was at a historic low. Nice homes sold before they were put on the market. Other houses were in need of so much repair and /or updating you purchased for the property value. Lari showed me many homes frankly pointing out pluses and minuses as best she knew. The home I eventually purchased is definitely in the fixer upper category. The location is great for my work at the hospital. That proximity should boost its resale value over time. Lari organized papers and helped compare different properties I was considering. Closing was very easy due to her organization.

Buying a home during a pandemic is no easy task. Lari went above and beyond for us. Everything was taken care if in a timely manner, she answered all of our questions, and being first time home buyers we had a lot of questions. Lari made our experience painless and expedient. We began looking for a place in May and by July we had our home and we're all moved in. We really were able to enjoy the house hunting experience. I am so pleased with the service she provided, I highly recommend her to everyone I know who is considering buying property.

Lari was absolutely amazing to work with! Being new to the area she helped us understand the ins and outs of each area, always giving us information and allowing us to form our own opinions. She is patient and never made us feel rushed. She always made us feel like we were her only clients. I would most definitely work with her again and I highly recommend her!

We have already purchased 3 properties through Lari and are in the process if yet another. She is of the highest integrity, which is very important to us. If a deal is not good for us, she will steer us away from us while explaining why, proving she is not motivated by merely making a quick sale. She works hard for us, helping us to fairly make the best deal possible.
