Larry Pulliam joined Pulliam Properties in October 2006. Larry brings a host of accomplishments and qualities that serve the community well. In addition to these characteristics, his long standing residence speaks to his love and knowledge of Asheville and the development therein.
Larry’s history includes his attendance at Le Moyne College in Syracuse, NY where he majored in Business Administration. After attending college he moved to Asheville and began working in his father’s business for five years. Next, he joined Campbell Soup Company as a Sales Representative and quickly moved up the corporate ladder from Account Manager to District Supervisor. During his career with Campbell’s he was recognized for his outstanding performance by receiving the district sales award three of the four years he was employed. Despite Larry’s successful career with Campbell’s, his forward thinking and willingness to take risks motivated him to embark on his own as a small business entrepreneur. Larry grew his business from one location to six over twenty-one years with sales over 1.2 million. He eventually sold the business in 2006.
Larry has had his real estate license for over twenty years and received his broker’s license in 2005. He is now involved in Property Management and Commercial Leasing/Sales. Larry’s history of hard work and success in business will bring excellent results for all his clients in commercial real estate.
