Laura Demaree

Simply stated, Laura Demaree doesn’t know the meaning of the word bored. On the (literal) move since she was a baby, Laura has changed her address 23—yes, 23— times! From Missouri to Arkansas to Colorado, Texas, Illinois, Arizona, and then back to Colorado, Laura has experienced the ups, downs and in-betweens of relocation.

Inspired by a desire to provide the highest level of service not only to local buyers, renters, and sellers but to those relocating to the Denver area as well, Laura started Destination Denver Realty in 2010. Her company now employs three Broker Associates—including her husband, Doug—two Destination Services Specialists, and a Vice President of Relocation, all focused on helping clients settle into their new surroundings. Whether clients are interested in neighborhood tours, hunting for the best home or apartment to rent, or are looking to buy or sell a primary residence, vacation home, or investment property, Destination Denver Realty has them covered!

For Laura—who is a licensed Realtor, a former board member of the Rocky Mountain Relocation Council (RMRC), and who belongs to the Worldwide ERC (Employee Relocation Council)—her job is a dream come true. “I love owning my own company and ensuring that each client is treated with the same respect and care regardless of whether they’re buying a multimillion-dollar home, looking to rent for a while, or anywhere in between.”

When she’s not working, Laura is most assuredly not bored, finding time instead to keep up with her three kids (two in college and one in high school), her cycling-enthusiast husband, or working toward her goal of swimming a 10K.
