About Laura

Since 1980 Laura Olive has helped hundreds of families buy or sell single family homes, new homes, investments, 1031 exchanges, and land in the Northern Colorado marketplace. She has seen very good and very poor markets. This experience gives her exceptional knowledge to solve or avoid problems in marketing, inspections, financing, appraisals, and contracting. Born in Chicago, Laura grew up in the Hudson Valley of New York. She moved to Fort Collins in 1974 to attend Colorado State University. Laura instantly fell in love with Northern Colorado, became a realtor after graduating from CSU, and could not imagine raising her family anywhere else. Today, Laura enjoys spending time with her daughter and two sons (all CSU Rams), four stepsons and five grandchildren.

Laura gives back to the community that has given her so much by supporting local nonprofits such as Respite Care and Salud Family Health Centers. She enjoys riding horses, reading historical fiction, and experiencing new cultures through travel. Whether she is at home or abroad, Laura takes the time to get to know and connect with people and places. It is who she is and why she loves being a realtor.
