We worked with Lauren to find our new home, and we are so happy we did! We came into the process with a lot of asks - large square footage, near nature, but still walkable to restaurants and shops, and not a crazy commute to DC. I went into our fist meeting thinking we would likely have to compromise, but that was the wish list. Turns out, Lauren made it happen! She found us an off market opportunity that checked all of our boxes AND avoided a bidding war at a time where most houses were going hundreds of thousands above asking. When questions came up about some zoning laws on the property, Lauren pulled in her long list of contacts to help us navigate them. Lauren was an absolute pleasure to work with - responsive, professional, and very personable. And working with a company that has such a deep bench of experienced realtors and contacts in the industry was a definite value-add. I started this process unsure of why a realtor would be helpful in the age of Zillow and Redfin, but we quite literally would not have gotten our house without Lauren’s hustle and access. And whenever we had questions (which was far more than we could have imagined) we now had a whole team of experts at our disposal. We are very pleased with our decision to go with Redux, and Lauren in particular!

I’m incredibly pleased with the service I received from Lauren and her team for selling my home. The home selling process can be daunting, and doing it for the first time was nerve wrecking, but Lauren was fantastic every step of the way.

Lauren and her team went above and beyond with their expertise and professionalism, the team was amicable and kind throughout my home selling process. They answered all my questions with in-depth explanations, ensuring I fully understood what I was doing and why it was necessary. I hit a few bumps in the road and was in a hurry to sell my property to be able to start the next chapter in my life and she was right there helping me navigate the entire process. She had the house under contract withen 2 days of being on the market!

I’m so glad I chose Lauren and The Redux Group for my home selling needs. Their knowledge and experience, combined with their patient approach, made this otherwise stressful event a smooth and successful process. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch real estate services!

It was such a wonderful coincidence because she was the best!From beginning to end she was incredibly helpful, communicative, honest, and proactive. Nothing was a surprise which made everything go smoothly and calmed our initial worries. Our timeline was aggressive and Lauren kept the whole process on track. We were able to sell our condo in less time that we thought possible and over asking.

Lauren Landis is Amazing. She is Heaven sent. She is an exvellent listner and unddrstands your needs. She took me under her wings and covered me as I was going throuhg my divorce. I know of no other Agent that would actually take the time to pray with me during my hour of need. Lauren did an amazing job helping me find my first home in D.C., and I could not be happier to have had her as my realtor. Lauren Landis’ dedication to customer service as my realtor was exceptional. My townhome sale in Southern Maryland was easy and expeditious thanks to her infallible support.

Lauren and her Redux Group realtor team exhibited exemplary professionalism and subject matter expertise and were always accessible to answer questions. From our first meeting I knew Lauren was the right choice to help guide me through the home sale process.

Lauren outlined my options using a strategic, but straightforward approach and concisely interpreted the key considerations impacting the next decision. She was instrumental in managing all the drywall repairs, interior paint work, light fixture replacements, exterior maintenance, on line advertising, and potential buyer interactions. She provided comprehensive updates and sound realtor recommendations on a play-by-play basis to inform my decision making. She even helped drain the hose bib valves in my townhome before the first frost, when I was unavailable.

But most importantly, Lauren was always willing to work hard on my behalf, often into the evening and during weekends. I would highly recommend Lauren Landis as your realtor and I appreciate her support.

Lauren has been an ABSOLUTE dream to work with. I purchased my home sight unseen, and one I may not have considered from the MLS, and she WOWed me with her detailed videos showing me the property.

I gave her my list of ‘requirements’ and she far exceeded my expectations of finding me literally the BEST home for now, with exponential possibilities as an investment property as well. She took the time to get to know me and my needs, and communicated so effectively and efficiently during the whole process. I enjoyed her knowledge of the area, and her education to me about it all as well. She really proved herself to me while having to work through different time zones and still delivering the pertinent information I needed to make the BEST decision I’ve made; to purchase a home with Lauren on my side!
